Overview of Role
We are now seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives by managing multiple projects, liaising with key stakeholders, and driving activities to completion. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proficient in Microsoft Excel and social media and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role will suit a self-motivated individual who thrives on getting projects over the line.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and seamless execution while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and retail partners.
- Point-of-Sale Management: Oversee the development and deployment of instore marketing materials, including colour cards, messaging and promotional signage, aligning with promotional calendars and store needs. Ensuring we have timely delivery of all assets and full stock control reporting.
- Event & Demonstration Support: Manage and report on in-store product demonstrations, ensuring brand consistency and effective execution.
- Social Media: Organise, brief, manage and report on postings across Facebook and Instagram, including liaising with influencers and arranging product deliveries.
- Competitor Monitoring: Track and report on competitor activity, promotions and new product launches, providing insights to the marketing team.
- Supplier Marketing Support: Assist in coordinating marketing plans with suppliers to ensure alignment with Fleetwood Paints’ strategic marketing objectives.
- Content Creation: Support the development of engaging content for social media and e-zine, assisting with both behind-the-scenes coordination and posting schedules.
- Catalogue & Proofing Management: Assist in the proofing and coordination of key marketing materials, including product catalogues, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Administrative & Reporting Tasks: Maintain marketing reports, budget tracking and performance analytics using Excel and other tools.
- General Marketing Support: Provide additional assistance across various marketing activities based on seasonal demands and team requirements.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- A third-level degree in Marketing, Business, PR, or a related field or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva/Adobe Express.
- Experience in briefing artwork and working with designers to create marketing materials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on social media campaigns.
